FCA White takes first game of 2021 Sr. Chowder Cup.

FOXBORO – New England Pro-Am Hockey’s Senior Chowder Cup returned to the ice on Thursday morning. The long wait ending with FCA White defeating Canada West 4-1 in College Open play.

Luke Schelter opened the game’s scoring with a power play goal in the first half that gave FCA the advantage, a lead that was increased to 2-0 on a Briggs Orr score early in the second.

Zach Schwarts put Canada West on the board with a power play goal of his own at 2:51 of the second, but all it did was break up the FCA scoring attack. There were two more goals to be scored by the eventual victors, Kaleb Pitman and Luke Dosan setting the score at its 4-1 final.
