BRAINTREE – The Atlantic Lakers (Blue) have gotten off to quite the start at the 2023 Chowder Cup. They have now posted back-to-back, 8-0, Jr. A wins following their 8-0 victory over CHG Friday evening at Thayer Academy.
It was a balanced attack once again for Atlantic in their win over CHG. Four goals in the first and then four goals in the second. The eight Lakers goals coming from seven different goal scorers.
Max Dineen led the assault with a game-high three points (2G, 1A). Ronnie Hill (1G, 1A) and Max St. Pierre (2A) also had multiple points in the Laker victory.
It was the second the second shutout of the tournament for Atlantic netminder – and Holderness School product – Ryan Nolan.
