FOXBORO – On Friday afternoon at the Foxboro Sports Center, it was the Boston Hockey Club and NorthStar Elite Jr. A playing it out to a three score aside draw at the 2021 Sr. Chowder Cup.
The two sides reversed their offensive scripts in the first and second halves. NorthStar started the scoring with a Brock Forrest goal at 8:35, but it was Boston taking the lead into the locker room thanks to goals by Copper Coulanger and Joe Bennett.
In the second, it was NorthStar’s turn to score a pair. Another for Forrest and a goal by Gennaro Fornduto at 7:01 of the second made it 2-1 NorthStar advantage. The lead would not last as Nate Tively put one away to bring the score to its 3-3 final.
