CANTON – Playoff spots are on the line all day at the 2021 Sr. Chowder Cup and the Jr. Teddies all but assured themselves of moving on as they blanked AHC 4-0 on Saturday morning at the Canton Ice House.
It was a strong start for the Teddies, scoring all their goals in the first half. Keenan Schneider, Jagur McClelland, Chase Becnel and Benjamin Doran each credited with a score.
The goaltending continued to be the stories for the Jr. Teddies, however. Christian Green posted his second shutout of the tournament. Combining with batterymate Bryce Sullivan, the Jr. Teddies netminders have not surrendered a goal through their first three games of the tournament.
