FOXBORO – Kicking off the Jr. A Elite Division slate on Day 3 of the 2025 Sr. Chowder Cup was a Saturday morning contest between NorthStar Elite and Sharks Hockey Elite. The game went in favor of NorthStar, 7-3.
NorthStar’s offense came out swinging in the first, pumping in five of their seven goals in the contest. Tate Spaulding, Jackson Smail, Rian Lahar, Beckett Fleming and Dylan Pagliuca each credited with a NorthStar score.
The Sharks showed life with two late goals to send the game to the break 5-2, but they never could generate enough to catch their foes.
Out of the break, NorthStar already had more than enough, but still put away another pair to the Shark’s one to round out the 7-3 final score.
In total, NorthStar’s goals came from six different scorers, while five of the team’s players were credited with multiple points. Flemming was the game’s leading goal scorers, tallying a pair, while Ethan Coots went in the books as the game’s leading point-getter, credited with three assists.
Spaulding (1G, 2A), Smail (1G, 1A) and Lahar (1G, 1A) also had multi-point games for NorthStar.
Stephen Constantine, Will Manchuso and Aiden Fitzpatrick were each credited with a goal for the Sharks.
