ATTLEBORO – JDM Sports Blue got their second day of play at the 2021 Sr. Chowder Cup started right. They posted a dominant 7-2 win over Hockey Night in NE on Friday morning at the New England Sports Village.
JDM came out hard putting away three goals in the opening frame to build themselves a healthy cushion. Charlie Friel, Nicholas Bruno and Brett Williams each credited with a score.
Though the three from the first half would have been enough, that did not stop JDM from bettering their total, scoring four more in the latter frame. In total, five members of the squad had multipoint affairs, Andrew Jacksonen (1G, 2A) leading the way with a three-point showing. Bruno (2G), Will Tricarico (2G), Williams (1G, 1A) and Leon Biller (2A) were each credited with a pair.
Luke O’Sullivan and Brett Driscoll were credited with the Hockey Night scores.
