The East Coast Militia will be having a total of 22 NCAA Division 1 committed players between their 2 Jr. A Division teams. The Militia Black will consist of 6 NHL Draft picks and 10 Hockey East committed players. Local prep NHL draft picks like Sam Kurker, Chris Calnan, Matt Beattie, Brian Hart, Danny O’Regan, and Boston Bruins pick Matt Grzelcyk will join forces one last time to make a run at a Chowder Cup title. Miami-Ohio’s Jay Williams will be the backbone for Militia Black in net.
Militia Green is led by Miami-Ohio’s Alex Gacek, Quinnipiac’s Zachary Luczyk, and Massachusetts only A ranked NHL prospect for next year, Ross Olsson. The team is very similar to the one that lost by 1 goal in the Pre Draft Championship this past fall.
